Return and Refund Policy
At Just Pets Essentials, we want you and your pet to be happy with your order. If something is not right, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it
Free from pet hair, stains, and odours
In its original packaging, with all tags attached where applicable
How to start a return
To start a return, please email us at support@justpetsessentials.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer. Once your return has been approved, we will provide the correct return address by email.
Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Return shipping and fees
We do not charge restocking fees.
Return shipping costs are covered by Just Pets Essentials when the return has been approved by our support team.
Damaged, incorrect, or defective items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@justpetsessentials.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
